1. Is there a cost to load my bike on to the Village Shuttle?: No. Bike loading is free to all passengers.

2. Are children's bikes allowed on buses?: Children's bikes are treated just like adult bikes: They are allowed to be loaded on bike racks on the front of buses if space allows. They are not allowed in the coach area.

You can find several free parking options in Snowmass Village. You can park for FREE, and then leave the car behind and use the FREE Village Shuttle.

Free day skier parking is available at Two Creeks for HOV vehicles with 4 or more passengers

Outside of the winter season (Thanksgiving - April), parking in the numbered Village Lots is free

1. What is the best way to travel between Snowmass Village and Aspen?: It is free to travel between Snowmass Village and Aspen year round by bus. This service is provided by the regional Roaring Fork Transportation Authority. Schedules and route maps between Aspen and Snowmass Village are available on their website.

2. What do I need to qualify for a residential parking permit?: To qualify for a residential parking permit, you must fill out a resident parking permit application and submit to the Transportation Department at:

Proof of residency is required with submittal (acceptable forms are detailed in the application), along with a copy of current vehicle registration(s), permit fee, and a self addressed stamped envelope.

3. What is the closest airport to Snowmass Village?: The Aspen Pitkin County Airport is 7 miles from Snowmass Village.

4. Do you have a lost and found?: The lost and found for any items left on the Village Shuttle or at one of our bus stops is located near the Village Mall on Daly Lane next to the elevator. Call 970-923-2543 with a detailed description and we will check to see if we have your item. Lost and found hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Sunday.
